![]() ![]() Saying comments like Well you could have got paid to work at other buildings. I felt gaslighted majority of the conversation like they were trying to blame it on me. I contacted all different shiftkey representative and I also emailed them. At least reach out and transfer me to the right department if that was the problem. They claimed a supervisor will reach me and it never happened. I just find it funny cause I contact shiftkey in a very manner possible several times. How I didnt call the right department or email the right department thats why they didnt reach out to me. Majority of the conversation was him saying shiftkey wasnt to blame and how it was channels I took and the building I worked at. He says and I quote shiftkey uses third partys to answer the phone and some times they dont know how to handle situations or fix stuff so you were lied to and proper channels were not taken but you should be happy now because I am good at my job and I am gonna get you paid Thursday. I ask why shiftkey had taken this long to respond or provide assistance on this manner. He says hold for a minute comes back and says he can have me paid on Thursday. A men calls me from shiftkey talking about how they issue was just addressed and resolved today lol and that it would be taken care of now and I would be paid the following Tuesday. Shiftkey talks about you should be paid by 4pm today. Thursday June 22 comes and they call and said it has being resolved and I would be paid Tuesday June 27 today. I call a week later after no update and they say they are going take care of it. Finally I call the corporate office for where I worked(exceptional living in ******** ) reported and informed them on the HR situation, the conversation and my payment problem. I kept calling and calling same conversations again and again. I call several times they said a supervisor well call you back. I tell shiftkey about this and ask for assistance. I had been contacting her and scheduler for weeks prior to this and getting no response back from the scheduler and her telling me to continue calling and once I was even told that she was sitting with the scheduler and they were working on fixing it at that moment. She used a clock in machine issue as the reason for me not getting paid and hung up. my messages dont mean s*** even if its her confirming I was there for that day. A couple weeks pass by and the building Charlestown at new place in *************************** told me they wouldnt pay me and their HR lady was rude and making threats and telling me how I am not gonna get paid and how she knows I worked and she dont care. I did and they building said they would fix it. My work log was rejected and I was told to contact the building I worked at. I worked for a building on their platform. The facility and ShiftKeys lack of response and help is so frustrating. The *** of Liberty Billage of ******* has not resolved my shift when she stated she would and today had told me that she would only pay me for 7 hours because that is how long I was there for my shift which is just dishonest. ![]() A tree just hit my house and I need the money. I have been trying to get paid for a shift I worked in June 18th and every time I call I am told to be patient and ShiftKey says they escalate things and this has been going on for 11 days. I do not have the gas to even get there and every time I call I am courteous and blocked and evaded. I almost killed myself and my children trying to the facility during a storm today at the advisement of ShiftKey to go to the facility. I communicated this to the scheduler and the ***** I have never been unprofessional or rude. I communicated that I would stay longer if I could take a long break to obtain a rental car. I just need to get paid for the shift I worked at ************************** on June 18th of 2023 on Fathers Day. I have never had a major issue with ShiftKey until now. ![]()
